Dining Rooms
I’m excited to find a wooden dining room table… soon. I have never liked the idea of having both a kitchen table and a special *dining room* with another table, so while I say I want to find a wooden dining room table, I really mean just one table that just so happens to be in the room where we eat… we’re a one-table house (I know, kinda weird). Dining rooms are usually too formal for my taste, but I love these.

I love the first table with all the different chairs. It seems more personal than having a “set,” as if each chair was picked out very purposefully, or is handed down.

I love the floor lamp in the bottom left picture! Man, I sure do hope there’s hardwood floors in our new apt. Because I’m loving it in these shots.

I found this post on craigslist for a guy out of Hannibal who does furniture from architectural salvage. I really like what I saw and wrote him about swinging by for a visit. Jay D. also wrote him about dining tables and he had some harvest tables that felt similar to the top one. Ask Jay to see the image…
